Following our earlier communication (https://status.cm.com/incidents/v22ncq0fz0kl) we want to remind you of the upcoming shutdown of the Outbound02 platform.

This Friday (April 11th) at 13:00 CEST, the Outbound02 platform will be shut down. The following changes will take place:

* We will stop using IP addresses 31.169.63.81 and 31.169.63.82.
* Please transition to using nl.voip.cm.com.
* In cases where DNS is not feasible, please configure your services to the following IPs:
** 31.169.63.1
** 31.169.63.2
** 31.169.62.162
** 31.169.62.163

It is crucial to make these changes as soon as possible, but latest by April 11th 13:00 CEST. Otherwise, any traffic directed to outdated IPs will be dropped.

Introduction of Additional Media IP Subnets

Started from February 1st, we introduced additional media IP subnets to enhance the platform's resiliency, reliability, and performance. To ensure a seamless experience, please perform the following actions:

* Whitelist the following IP ranges in your firewall configuration:
** 31.169.56.0/21
** 85.119.48.0/21
** 188.94.184.0/22
* We will utilize the UDP port range 10000-65535 for media traffic.

* If you have existing IP whitelisting settings for our media IPs and do not update them with these new ranges, you might encounter disruptions in media traffic.
We strongly urge you to make these updates at your earliest convenience to avoid any disruptions to your service. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us serve you better.
