"On Wednesday, May 31st, 2023, CM.com will release version 4.9 of Conversational AI Cloud. Release 4.9 includes a major design overhaul of articles (previously called Q&A’s) introducing omni-channel capabilities, enhanced search functionalities, and article imports/exports.
Publication is expected to be unavailable for small portions of the day. Other components should be unaffected"
