Get email notifications whenever CM.com creates, updates or resolves an incident.
Get text message notifications whenever CM.com creates or resolves an incident.
Get webhook notifications whenever CM.com creates an incident, updates an incident, resolves an incident or changes a component status.
We will update the URLs and IP Addresses from which we host media files for conversational channels that we send towards customers. The current rcscgateway.cm.nl will be migrated by the end of the year to cdn-1.messaging.cm.com, cdn-2.messaging.cm.com and cdn-3.messaging.cm.com.
If you have firewall rules configured to rcscgateway.cm.nl, please update those accordingly to cdn-1.messaging.cm.com and cdn-2.messaging.cm.com and cdn-3.messaging.cm.com.
If you have no specific firewall rules you have to take no further action.
