We are still working on the server migration and our services will remain unavailable during this. We are making progress and will provide updates every hour on the hour. Once an ETA is available it will be shared.

To further improve our Museums & Parks ticketing platform a server migration has been scheduled in the night of March 19th to March 20th 2023. We are performing the migration starting at Sunday March 19th at 21:00h (CEST) to minimize disruption. We expect, subject to change, that we will be operational again Monday morning.
During the migration, all of our services will be unavailable including selling tickets, managing the system in CMS, validating tickets via API, the Global Reseller API and selling time slot tickets on the cash register.
