On Tuesday 7th of February, starting at 00:00 CET we will perform maintenance on the Customer Data Platform service. During this period we will migrate account storage. As a result you will not be able to access your data for several minute during the window.
We will also pause the account profilers so incoming events are processed at a delay. As a result of this, workflows might also be triggered at a delay. Incoming event will be stored separately, so there is no loss of data. During the actual migration of your data you will not be able to use the CDP app on the CM.com platform.
We perform maintenance to improve our quality of service and to keep up with the growth of CM.com.
