Customers might have noticed that for about 10 minutes, calls to any provided callback-urls were not sent out.

Kindly be informed that on Thursday, August 8th, we will be performing maintenance on our Voice API Platform between 07:00 and 09:00 CEST (05:00 - 07:00 GMT).
This maintenance is used to deploy new features and further improve the service towards our customers.

Voice API Voice Notifications API Voice OTP API Voice DTMF API Voice Campaigns App
Impact:
Low. Several interruptions of maximum 30 seconds each, in which calls to the Voice API will be delayed or not processed.
