On Tuesday 29th of November, starting at 16:00 CET (changed from: 20:00) we will perform maintenance on the Customer Data Platform service. During this period we will have to pause the event profilers intermittently, so it is possible that incoming events are processed at a delay. As a result of this, workflows might also be triggered at a delay. Incoming event will be stored, so there is no loss of data. And you will be able to use the CDP app on the CM.com platform as usual. Only data reflected in the app might not be up to date.
We perform maintenance to improve our quality of service and to keep up with the growth of CM.com.
