For continuous optimization of Customer Contact’s capacity and stability, we need to make changes to our database and hardware. Therefore, next week our Customer Contact application will be temporarily unavailable during the following time frame: February 17th, 20.00-20.30 CET
During this time, you will not be able to use the Customer Contact application. Messages that are being sent by your customers, will be queued and sent to the application once we have made the change. This also means that the Out of Office notifications will not be sent.
If you want to receive incoming messages during this service window, you can receive all incoming messages and their details via email.
