During this time window we will perform maintenance on the Ticketing database and there will be periods in which the backoffice app as well as the Ticket shops are unavailable. Customers will not be able to access the Ticketing and Seated Ticketing apps, end users will not be able to purchase tickets, access control barcode scans will fail.
CM.com performs upgrades and maintains it solutions to keep delivering a reliable service, unfortunately not every change can be performed with user impact but out teams always work to keep the disturbance to a minimum.
