Please note that in addition to the before mentioned 2 IP addresses, a 3rd IP address will be added: 188.94.185.110

Please whitelist this IP address as well. If you already whitelisted the entire subnet, this message may be ignored.

Dear Customer,

We are expanding our geo redundant inbound Voice platform. This means you will start receiving incoming calls on your CM hosted numbers from 2 new IP addresses.

In order for your platform to be ready, we hereby request you to allow traffic from these IP addresses:
188.94.185.98
188.94.185.99
188.94.185.110

Since we will be continuously expanding our services, we also advice you to already whitelist the below subnets as well. However, when we will start using individual extra IPs from these subnets, will also communicate this separately:
188.94.184.96/28
188.94.185.96/28

The current IP addresses 31.169.58.10 and 31.169.58.11 will remain operational until further notice.

Important:
The activation of the new platform is scheduled for October 7th, 2019. From then on-wards you can expect incoming calls from the new subnets.
