On May 26th, 22.30 till 00:30 CET, we will be performing maintenance work on our queueing systems to improve resilience and service quality. This will include two temporary loadtest on our production environment to validate our changes. Although this is outside peak hours, any Agent Inbox related messaging traffic you have during these hours may face delays. We will close the maintenance window once our work has been completed, but we expect it will not take longer than the specified timespan.
