The release of Conversational AI Cloud 4.0 is in progress, Over the past few months, the Conversational AI Cloud team has been working tirelessly to set up Conversational AI Cloud for the future. Ensuring the scalability and stability of our platform as we push further, and further. Along the way, we’ve made significant improvements to various aspects of the product, the most significant being the introduction of Workflow 2.0.
Due to the complexity of this release we are experiencing planned down time for the CMS, Dashboards and the Admin Portal from April 29th, 2022 to May 1st, 2022.
