We encountered issues with email delivery starting on February 26, 2026, at 00:17 CET. During this period, all email campaigns were unable to be delivered during the send-out process.

Root Cause:
The issue was caused by a lost connection to the backend system responsible for email delivery due to faulty breakout cables.

Current Status:
As of 10:45 CET on February 26, 2026, email delivery has resumed, and emails are being successfully sent. We are actively monitoring the email routing service to ensure the issue is fully resolved.
