Mobile Marketing Cloud – Delay in Message Delivery

We experienced issues with message delivery that began on Friday, February 6th, 2026, at 07:46 CET. Our team resolved the issue on the same day at 09:45 CET. Currently, all scheduled messages are sent, though some experienced slight delays.

 Root Cause: The issue occurred due to the database log disk becoming full, which caused a query to hang and prevented messages from being processed as expected. This resulted in delays in message delivery.

Current Status: As of 09:45 CET on February 6th, 2026, the issue has been resolved. All queued messages have been successfully delivered.
