We are in the process of replacing our current SMPP infrastructure to keep providing the best services to our customers with a strong, stable, and reliable platform.
This is a big project as we are upgrading the hardware and taking this opportunity to update the availability and throughput of our SMPP service. The old servers which we are replacing are: smpp13 (31.169.57.10), smpp14 (31.169.57.11), smpp15 (31.169.57.132) and smpp21 (31.169.62.21)
This means that our customers that are connected to those servers will need to migrate before December 17th (the date when the old servers will be shut down). For more information, check our Status page or reach out to support@cm.com for support.
When you connect to CM.com using HTTPS no action is required and there will be no impact by this change.
