Email Campaigns - Transactional Mail Sent Without Attachments

Resolved

Between 13:10 and 14:24, transactional emails sent through the Email Campaigns platform were delivered without their attachments. All other email content and delivery were unaffected.

The issue was traced to a recent change in our email processing pipeline. We reverted the change, and attachment delivery returned to normal at 14:24.
