Email Campaign - Email Delivery Issue

Incident Report for CM.com

Resolved

Between 14:17 and 15:15 CEST, we experienced an issue in the Email Campaigns application that caused email messages to not be delivered.
Due to an internal error, affected messages were not delivered and could not be recovered.
As a result, emails scheduled during this window were not sent.
Email delivery has returned to normal and is now operating as usual. We apologize for the inconvenience.
