Update
We have successfully migrated two batches of customers to the new Tracedock version in the CM.com platform. Might you miss events in the Tracedock event overview on the old portal, then that means you have been migrated. Please log on to the CM.com platform with your former Tracedock email address and request a new password to proceed. The other accounts will be migrated coming Tuesday due to the bank holiday in the Netherlands on Monday.

We will do a phased migration of Tracedock customers to the CM.com platform. During your migration schedule, you will not be able to view the dashboard on the Tracedock portal (portal.tracedock.com). We expect this to be for a minimal amount of time, after which you will be able to log on to the CM.com platform to view your Tracedock dashboard.

The processing of events should proceed as normal. Please be mindful of any anomalies during this migration period and contact support@cm.com in case something is not functioning as planned.
