On March 21, 2023, from 21:16 - 21:40 (CET), the CM.com General Admission & Seated ticketing platforms experienced a service disruption, causing shops, back-office tools and related services to be unresponsive.

The root cause of this outage was due to a payment validation issue. A faulty system configuration caused a payment processing loop. Normally, the experienced payment processing load would not result in performance issues. However, due to the caused loop, our systems were overloaded causing a service disruption.

Systems restored after a fix was implemented.
