General Admission Server Migration To further improve our General Admission ticketing platform a server migration has been scheduled in the night of March 27th to March 28th 2023. We are performing the migration starting at Tuesday March 28th at 01:00h (CEST) to minimize disruption. We expect, subject to change, that we will be operational again Tuesday morning. During this period, all our General Admission and Seated Ticketing services will be unavailable including selling tickets, managing the system, validating tickets via API and scanning tickets. Should you experience any issues after the migration, please contact support@cm.com or your dedicated Customer Success Manager.
