On Tuesday August 20 2019, at 19.00 CEST we will perform maintenance on the Customer Data Platform. We expect the Data app to be unavailable for two hours (until 21.00 CEST). After that the app will be available but users can experience some additional delays as all the data will be recalculated and reindexed.

During the maintenance the Events API will be available, as well as the Webtracker, and any submitted events are captured and stored. Workflows will be processed as soon as the application is available again so users may experience a delay in receiving their automated communication.

As part of our commitment to offer reliable and state of the art technology, CM.com has a 5 year hardware renew cycle for it data center. During this maintenance window the team will move the complete CDP application to the latest version of the CM Cloud.
